There is a youtube channel that I find very interesting. It’s called Stranger kitchens. Every episode they make dinner in a stranger’s home. I always wanted to try it myself and when I met Thore, I knew that the time had come. Thore Hildebrandt is a creative zero-waste chef. Together we decided that for the meal we would only use rescued food, so not only that we had to find strangers and get them to invite us to their homes but we also had to find the food to cook for them. Which means - we had a busy day…
