Finally do something about it. A well-being challenge.

The Asian squat is supposed to be a very simple thing, but I just can’t do it. Years ago it wasn’t a problem, but I have neglected my physical well-being for too long. So, I decided to finally do something about it and start a 30 days challenge. My challenge will not only be a physical challenge. I will also tackle the mental part of my well-being and try to give my brain tools to cope with the negative bias. Find out in film what is the negative bias and how it affects the way we perceive our reality. Learn how to use tools from the physical training world in order to develop a healthy and supporting habit for your mental well-being. I hope you find this episode useful. With love, Guy.
